Mr. Dahlstrom is a Washington area native and a veteran of the commercial real estate market since 1986.  He is a graduate of the University of Virginia with an MBA from the University of Colorado-Boulder.  Annually since 1990 he has been counted among Washington's top 10 investment property brokers.  With more than $6.5 billion in capitalized transaction value he is well versed in the sale of income producing office, retail, hotel and apartment properties.  Mr. Dahlstrom has led investment sales teams at Grubb & Ellis, Carey Winston Company (now Transwestern), and for 14 years, Cushman & Wakefield (see Transaction History)

the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) celebrated its 25th Anniversary this Fall with a Gala Fundraiser.  Board members Bob Wiberg, Executive Vice President of Brandywine REIT, Warren Dahlstrom, Bob Fox of Fox Architects are flanked on the far left by Congressman James Moran who was Master of Ceremonies for the evening's festivities on the rooftop deck of APAH's newest project, the Parc Rosslyn Apartments.
